This contest is open to Watsons customers who are residents of Singapore except employees and immediate family members of Alliance Cosmetic Group and its affiliates, advertising & promotional agencies, appointed distributors and other members related to this promotion. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By sending an entry SMS to 79777, you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Contest commences at 00:00:00 hours on 20 January 2011 and entries close at 23:59:59 hours on 23 February 2011. Alliance Cosmetics reserves the right to amend, alter or extend the contest period without prior information. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt and NOT at the time of transmission by the participant. Late entries will be disqualified. You may submit as many entries as you wish but each sms sent will be charged a standard telco rate. There will be three (3) winners per week for a total of 5 weeks. Selection of winners will be based on the highest number of entries with the correct answer. Prizes are not transferable nor exchangeable for cash. No more than one (1) prize per person will be awarded. Prizes that are not claimed one (1) month upon notification shall be forfeited. Winners are to produce their Watsons’ receipt upon redemption of prizes. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) resulting from their participation in this Contest, redemption and/or usage of the prizes. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) in any manner whatsoever. All transportation, SMS, postage/courier, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner, and the winner must abide by the terms and conditions of the party (ies) arranging and/or for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any. The Organiser shall reserve the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the winners as materials for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity, without any prior notice to the winners and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
